Substance Abuse and Addiction Treatment
Substance use and abuse can take on many forms – addiction to alcohol, codeine, heroin, opium, tobacco, and more. If you, or someone you know, need support to break away from substance use, consider turning to our qualified and professional staff. Recovery from substance abuse is possible to achieve and maintain with the right tools. We understand that each person’s journey toward recovery is unique, which is why we take into account each individual’s needs and life circumstances with our customized substance abuse treatment services.
Addiction can have tremendous effects on family members, friends, and loved ones. As we begin down the path to recovery, our clinicians are prepared to assist in the recovery of both the individual and his, her, or their family, friends, and loved ones. We believe that working together will set the individual and their closest circle up for long-term success.

Several techniques and tools will be used, including:
- Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy
- Trauma-Informed Care
- Acceptance Commitment Therapy
- Interpersonal Process
- Experiential Methods
- Motivational Interviewing
We will explore underlying emotional and situational causes that may cause addictive behaviors. As relationships are built during the program, we will focus on healing personal pain and improving communication skills in a safe and supportive environment. At the conclusion of the program, participants will be able to recognize changes to make to reduce or eliminate further addiction. Our goal is to equip each participant with the tools and resources they need to maintain changes and growth after leaving treatment.
Family Involvement
Family therapy may also be included as part of the overall treatment plan. Our program may include the use of the MEE Journal System from the Change Company. Along with this journal system, other written materials or interactive writing projects are tailored to meet the needs of each individual.
